Shipping & Returns

We have several fulfillment centers that store and ship our products. If you order more than one item, each may be shipped from a separate location, and therefore, may arrive at different times. Your original estimated shipping amount does not change if more than one shipment location is used. Shipping timeframes depend on the type of item you buy, the time it leaves the warehouse and the shipping option you choose. Shipments are delivered in 1-10 business days. Please understand that items are drop shipped from the warehouse and unfortunately tracking information will not be available right away. Tracking can take up to 5 business days to post or more. Items are usually already in transit by the time tracking information is uploaded. Once Tracking has been posted you will find your tracking number in your PayPal account.

Where We Ship We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the 48 states, District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military APO/FPO addresses.

How can I cancel an order that has not already shipped?
Please immediately contact us to inform us that you would like your order canceled and we will confirm your refund via email.
How can I cancel an order that has shipped but I have not yet received? You will first need to immediately contact us and we will attempt to retrieve the shipment in route. If this is successful, we will credit back the product cost (shipping will not be refunded). If the attempt to retrieve is unsuccessful and the product arrives at your door, see below.

How do I return an order that I have already received or is defective?
If the item is damaged call us and have photos ready to be sent. Once damage is verified we will send a call tag or return label with RMA information for the damaged parts. Once those parts are back in transit we will send out new merchandise.

If item is defective contact us right away. Please note that not every car is made the same, you must anticipate some installation problems and have all the tools available in order to improvise and help make your installation easier.

How do I report damaged or missing items in my order?
If you find you are missing items or your order has arrived damaged, you must note on the bill of lading that your shipment was damaged or had missing product. Please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date by calling us at 877-869-6690 Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pacific Time.

Refund Policy

Overall Return Guidelines These are Discount Hitch Centrl'ss (“DHC”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the DHC website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting DHC'c Customer Service. Any return for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 25% at DHC’s sole discretion.

All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to DHC within 30 days regardless of the individual return policy. Return shipping will not be covered by DHC. Products that are received by DHC in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be sent back to you at your cost and expense:
Any product not purchased from DHC
Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., A return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection)
Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
Any product that exhibits physical damage
